Did Allen Ginsberg ever mention Noam Chomsky in his poetry?

Both are/were counterculture rebels, Jewish ethnically, intellectual, from the north, socialist/anarchist...a lot of stuff in common there, and both were young in the same time frame, '50s/'60s. Did Ginsberg ever mention Chomsky?
